The Bay View Neighborhood Association owes a debt of gratitude to outgoing members this year: Membership chair Jane LeCapitaine is relocating to New Hampshire and her insight, creativity and drive will be sorely missed. Vice President Michelle Wright has been a tireless volunteer and represented District 4 for three years. At Large board member Heather Ryan is largely responsible for bringing Night Time Trick or Treat back to Bay View. We have loved having you all at the BVNA and wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
